Who comes

Everyone from first-years to new grads.

Students at every stage of their journey come to learn and grow. Many attend with a school delegation led by a Head Delegate, who coordinates funding and school logistics; others come independently. No delegation at your school? Come solo, or start one and represent your organization.

Questions, answered

January 7 to 9, 2027, in Montréal. The exact venue will be announced soon.

We will publish the 2027 schedule and announce speakers and sponsors as they are confirmed. Follow our social channels for each release.

Check the team roster to see whether your school has a Head Delegate. If it does, contact them for your school’s ticket process.

General admission opens afterward and remains available while tickets last. We will share on-sale dates closer to the conference.

Students attending with a delegation are expected to stay at the accommodation organized by their Head Delegate. Keeping delegations together helps Head Delegates coordinate arrivals, attendance, and support throughout the conference.

Ask your Head Delegate about accommodation or exceptional circumstances.

You may not resell a CUSEC ticket above the price you paid.

Refunds are available for 30 days after purchase, or until December 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST, whichever comes first.
